Rainbow Cherry Tomato Salad


It's tomato season! This garden salad was inspired by the many bright + colorful ingredients you can find right in your backyard this time of year.


Serves 4


30 OZ Rainbow Cherry Tomatos (at least two large medley containers at the store)

1 1/2 cup Snap Peas

1/4 Red Onion Thinly Sliced

1/2 Thinly Sliced Large Watermelon Radish

5 Small Red Radish

Small Bundle of Fresh Mint - Chopped

4 Tablespoons High Quality Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon Vinegar



1. Toss all chopped vegetables together in a single bowl.

2. Mix olive oil and vinegar together in a separate bowl.

3. Pour dressing over salad and add mint in while tossing.
